CLASSES

If you would like to learn the fine craft of lampworking, I offer classes in both private and workshop settings.

Introduction to Lampworking Workshop

This 2-day class is designed to allow beginning students the opportunity to explore the art of glass beadmaking.

Included in the class will be an overview of equipment and tools, safety information, the importance of annealing, types of glass and their properties, and studio set-up.

With lots of one-on-one instruction, students will learn how to make basic bead shapes, as well as learn many different techniques used to for surface decoration.  And best of all, they will go home with a beautiful array of handmade beads!

The beads made in class will be kiln-annealed. All material and supplies are included. Students must tie long hair back and wear cotton clothing.  They also should bring their own lunch and plenty of beverages.

Group classes are held at the River Art Studios in Nashua, NH
